Happy Monday

Hello Peeps~
Its been a few weeks since I posted anything.  I have been overwhelmed by my new job and then Saturday we had our 5th Annual Bull Sale.  WOW that was an exciting day, such an awesome crowd and prices were out of this world...so yes all in all I feel very blessed for all that we have.  As I left work today the snow was coming down quite hard and the winds are really picking up, so needless to say my kids and I are hoping for a snow day tomorrow.  
What are you doing these days?  Are you still crafting, sewing, painting, or cleaning after the holidays have been gone for a month now.  I can't believe that tomorrow is February 1st...January went by so quickly, and you know what that means?....one more day closer to spring!!!!
I hope whatever you are doing with your days that you take time for something you want to do for yourself, I think this is very important, even if its just 15-30 mins., but it does make a difference on your mindset to have some "ME" time.

My scentsy party was so much fun!  I love all the wonderful smells,  can't wait to see all what people ordered and to smell all their goodies.  Its partly sunny here and kinda cool....I am off from work tomorrow, so I am going to test drive a new vehicle that we are interested in and then go listen to my daughter sing at an honor choir she was picked for...so proud of you, Sammy!

Good Morning Peeps~
Just a reminder that tomorrow I will draw for the Giveaway...so I sure hope that everyone who wants to sign up will do so, I only have 10 people signed up at this time...So what are your plans this weekend?  I am heading out to Tanner's 4th grade basketball game and then my daughters and I are going to do a little shopping.  I am so excited that we might be getting a new vehicle next week, I am bringing it home on Monday to test drive, I looked at it yesterday and fell in love with it!  Its a GMC Envoy, metallic silver..so pretty!  I hope that you have a great weekend..they are saying that we might get more snow...UGH, I am having a Scentsy party tomorrow so I am hoping for a decent day for ladies to get out....so I better go and get ready to watch some fun basketball.....and then clean and bake for tomorrow....

I have a Giveaway that ends in 1 week...

*Wynter Thyme!!!*

Happy Monday Peeps~
What is the weather where you are?  We had our first "snow day" of the season...and with my new job that is an excitement since I have only been there for 3 days....the kids had a great time sledding and then hot cocoa and turtle brownies.  I do like my new job and I know it will take time to get used to all the routine of a school day.  The staff is alot of fun and have been very welcoming!  I do know that my blogging will taper off with being gone to work, but I hope to catch back up on the weekends.  I plan on posting my "New Years" giveaway sometime tomorrow, especially if we have a late start.  I will leave you with a picture of a wreath I have on our outside front porch and some "winter" pics of this mornings snow....it was a gorgeous snow...even if we did get over 12 inchs of the white, fluffy stuff.
Have a great night...we will be watching the National Championship game tonight...we are rooting for Oregon to win.

I got a new job and I start tomorrow!!!

I have exciting news to share with you, I got a new job at Red Cloud High School as their secretary and I am sooo happy.  Now of course I have all the gitters that go with starting a new job, but am so excited for the challenge.  Its kinda fast how this whole experience happened.  I applied for the position 2 days before Christmas and of course figured I wouldn't hear anything for a little while, and then yesterday, Jan. 3rd., I got a call saying they would like to interview that afternoon...so I did go to the interview, which I thought went very well...and today I got the "call" and I start tomorrow....so with that I will say...THANK YOU GOD FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS! 
I had better get to bed and rest my brain for I have a BIG day tomorrow.
I will keep you posted on how this new experience is going.
And yes I will be having a Giveaway soon!
